Work Experience runs for the two weeks from the

29th June to the 10th July in 2009
All students have to do at least one week and the emphasis is on the student to find their own places.

In order to achieve this, students need to start looking now as all the best places are usually taken up by Christmas.
We recognised that because some of the more competitive
places are difficult to get, placements may have to take place over the summer holidays.
This is fine as long as all the paperwork has been completed before
the School breaks up for the holiday.
Students wanting to find a MEDICAL/DENTAL placement (at a G.P. or hospital), now have to apply to Pat Bucknell/Emma Hussey and as she deals with all the schools in this area, this takes time. It is therefore advisable to apply as soon as possible.
